We are now looking for System Specialist to execute the integration of smart metering solutions into customer environment. You will work closely with various Landis+Gyr functions to ensure high customer satisfaction during projects and after the operation phase.
In this role, you provide expertise to integration concepts, specification and documentation of delivered system interfaces. You will also participate in technical support regarding solution implementation. During the active project phase, you will get involved in metering device configurations and customer trainings.
During the operation phase, you ensure that service processes are implemented and maintained also in after sales phase. You install SW patch updates and manage system/interface extensions and modifications. As an active member of the Customer Services Level 1 team you will get to practice your problem-solving skills in trouble shooting technical challenges and handling customer requests. Throughout the project you also prepare and gather needed technical documentation and process descriptions.
We are looking for a professional technical expert familiar with working in customer interface. You have already proven your experience in various project implementations and troubleshooting tasks and have a relevant understanding in the fields of electrical engineering, IT and/or telecommunications. As we work in a multicultural environment and with international customers it is important that you are able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English – other languages are an asset. You are also comfortable with the regular domestic and international travelling included in this role.
